Hatch cover rubber packing
Cargo Care Solutions delivers many different types of rubber packing for many different brands. High quality hatch cover seal is important for the weathertightness of the hatch cover system. Hatch cover rubber packing supplied by Cargo Care Solutions is made of high quality material to guarantee a long life time. Our sliding rubber offers low friction for better sliding together with a minimum wear. Our rubber packing with a sponge core has a strong solid skin to reduce damage on the packing. The sponge core is fabricated from a strong natural rubber offering the best compression and a minimum wear. By using an experienced Cargo Care Solutions service engineer we assure your hatch covers are properly aligned and the rubber packing is given the correct compression.
Fittings
Our range of fittings include quick acting cleats, wedges, chain, wheels and stoppers. Using the correct type of fittings on your hatch covers is essential for the weather tightness of the hatch cover system. Using the correct types, adjusted according specifications, ensures long service life time of all parts fitted on both the hatch covers and the coaming.
Bearing pads
A hatch cover bearing pads, or often referred to as a support pad, is a vital part to ensure the structural integrity of the hatch cover and hatch coaming structure against increased relative movements. Hatch cover bearing pads from Cargo Care Solutions are available in a variety of materials including Bronze-Teflon, Plastic, Hardox-Weldox, Steel and Rubber chocks (Flexipads). We offer a wide range of pads to fit one-to-one with the original design. We also have a broad experience in retrofits projects, updating the hatch cover support system to support increased load or lower maintenance cost. To replace bronze-teflon or plastic pads Cargo Care Solutions developed the UltraPad. A best in class plastic hatch cover support pad.

Most types of cargo access equipment uses hydraulics for opening and closing. With our large ship database, many years of expertise and big supplier network we are able to deliver all hydraulic spare parts, with original specifications from the original supplier or a suitable alternative.
