In our Rotterdam based workshop we specialize in the repair and production of hydraulic cylinders. We have built up years of experience in repairing all sizes of cylinders ranging from small locking cylinders to large crane cylinders.

We have extensive in-house knowledge on all types and makes of maritime and offshore cylinders. We understand the impact if your equipment not being operational so we are able to react quickly to your needs. Our workshop is organized to repair your hydraulic cylinders with quick turnaround to minimize downtime.

Over the years we have specialized our selves in the repair of hydraulic cylinders for cranes, Gottwald cranes, davits, hatch covers, RoRo equipment, yacht equipment and many other types of equipment.

Inspection

Every hydraulic cylinder that arrives at our workshop will be carefully inspected. Our experienced team will draw up a complete report on the repairs suggested.

Repair

After our inspection we discuss the findings and suggestions with our clients. We draw up a plan and timeline for the repairs agreed.

Most of the needed work can be done in-house such as milling, machining, drilling, honing and welding. Not only for the hydraulic cylinder itself but also for its supporting equipment such as bearings, pins and hydraulic manifolds and connections.

Quality

All hydraulic cylinders that leave are workshop are repaired to the highest standards. We use the best grade materials available and measure everything to have a perfect fit.

We test all repaired hydraulic cylinders and when required a full Factory Acceptance Test can be performed for our client's representative and/or the Classification Society.
