Cargo Care Solutions - Press Release

We are pleased to announce that Seohae Sales and Service B.V. in The Netherlands, Seohae Sales and Service GmbH in Germany and Seohae Sales and Service A/S in Denmark have been acquired by Cargo Care Holding in Denmark. The companies have been renamed to Cargo Care Solutions (CCS) and will be part of an International group of companies that will deliver cargo access equipment and services worldwide.

The companies will no longer be authorized Seohae Sales and Service centers, but will continue to deliver spare parts, services, service programs and rebuildings of all other main brand manufactures of cargo access equipment, such as:

• Deutsche MacGregor
• Skandinavian MacGregor
• MacGregor FarEast
• Macor Marine Systems
• Macor Neptun
• Transport Efficiency
• Kvaerner
• TTS
